We went to several local bike stores before purchasing at Greenwich bicycles. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful and the shop had excellent options for the type of bicycle I wanted.

Was looking into buying a Specialized Crux Expert for about a year. Wanted it in a specific color way and could not find it anywhere. My friend was passing by this shop on a trip so I thought I would purchase the bike. I called the shop and asked them to send some pictures. They did no problem. Once I received the pictures I asked if they would be able to remove some shop stickers from the frame, install a chain stay guard, remove the dork disc, and shorten the brake cables as they didnβt look like they were adjusted at all and were protruding from the cockpit. The shop said that all of that could be done. Therefore, I put a down payment on the bike two months before I planned on picking it up. Over the next two months I called the store and made additional payments and confirmed with their team that the bike would be ready for my friend to pick up. My friend is not very handy with bikes so I asked if they could assist him with removing the wheels and storing the bike in his back seat. The shop said no problem. I pay in full and my friend goes to pick up the bike. Once he arrives, the maintenance they said they would perform was not complete. No shortening of cables had taken place

Iβve had a good experience with this bike shop over the years. Iβve used their services since 2016 and am happy with the tune ups theyβve done. They have a great selection of gear and knowledgeable people who can answer your questions. I enjoy talking with the people there and learning from them about safety, bike routes and things to make my riding as safe as possible. The lead mechanic Roberto has been there for years, which is a good sign. The owner even insisted on giving me (and my bike) a ride home once on a July evening when it was pouring rain.
